Q1. What is the MOQ?
A: For this jewelry display stand, MOQ 1 is ok. And logo custom is available.
Q2. Do you have stock items for selling or can you custom?
A: We have this stand in stock, 4 color and 3 size can be choosen from. Rose gold, gold , sliver and black. Logo custom available.
Q3. What is your sample fee policy?
A: We can provide you the free sample if we have, then you just need to pay the shipping fee. If you want to see the custom one, you can send your own designs and sample cost will be discussed according to different value of samples. Sample fee will be refund after order.
Q4. What’s your production time?
For Bulk order:
A: If have stock, we can send you within 1 or 2 working days once we confirmed your payment. For the customized, the delivery time for jewelry box is about 20-30 days, and the delivery time for packing product ( paper bags,velvet pouches etc.) is about 7-10 working days.
For Sample order:
1.The production time of the jewelry box sample is 7-10 days after we confirm the design drawing.
Q5. What kind of certificate you can comply with?
A: SGS, REACH Lead, cadmium & nickel free which can meet European & USA standard.
Q6. Which payment way is workable?
A: Bank T/T, Ali-pay, West Union, Paypal etc.
Our normal payment terms is 50% deposit in advance and balance before shipment.
